A little stage
for your pet.

Tiny Desk AI is an independent project exploring original, AI-generated pet concerts. The planned experience begins with a cat or dog photo and creates a short animal-band performance in a warm bookshelf studio.

What we’re making

Our creative direction brings together a pet lead, padded recording headphones, a red keyboard, cheerful close-ups and an animal saxophonist. We are developing photo preparation, motion and generated instrumental sound as one guided experience.

This public site is an early preview. It does not accept uploads, create videos, sell credits or take payments. The full application is in development, and its final availability, specifications and pricing are not announced here.

The example you see

The homepage image is an AI-generated first frame made on October 26, 2026 with Google Nano Banana 2 via fal. It uses our own original fictional corgi, previously created for our GenBay project, in a newly generated animal-band scene. It is not a customer upload, a photograph of a real performance, or a finished video.

We checked the first frame for the intended pet appearance, stage elements and absence of real performers or artist branding. Video and audio require their own review; the still image does not establish their quality.

An original animal performance

We do not offer real-person face swaps, celebrity impersonations or artist voice clones. The planned soundtrack is generated instrumental music; no existing concert footage or commercial song recording is supplied. The original recording of “Outstanding” is not used.

Tiny Desk AI is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by NPR, Tiny Desk, or any recording artist. References to a desk-side performance describe the setting and do not claim an official connection.

GenBay and support

We also operate GenBay. It offers other AI effects and currently hosts our contact channel. Tiny Desk AI’s future accounts and credits will be separate from GenBay; balances and purchases will not be shared.
