Tiny Desk AI and your account

Tiny Desk AI turns your photos into AI-generated images and videos. These terms apply when you use Tiny Desk AI. You must be at least 18, keep your login secure and provide accurate account information. Tiny Desk AI is an independent service built on third-party AI models; it is not affiliated with or endorsed by their creators. Current pet effects are for pet photos, not portraits of people.

Our pet-video workflow uses Nano Banana 2 for image preparation and Seedance 2.5 for video generation. Supported adult-photo dance effects use Seedance 2.5 after the required photo review. Generation is accessed through Apimart, with fal.ai retained for supported backup and input safety checks. These names identify the models we use; they are not Tiny Desk AI brands or endorsements.

Your photos and creations

Upload only material that you own or have permission to process. You grant us and our processing providers the permission needed to prepare, generate, store and deliver your requested creation. Your uploads and creations stay private to your account unless you explicitly authorize public display.

As between you and Tiny Desk AI, you retain your input rights and may use the delivered output, subject to applicable law and third-party rights. AI outputs may not be unique or eligible for copyright protection. Do not upload sensitive personal documents, or use the service for unlawful, abusive, deceptive or infringing content.

Acceptable use

You must follow our acceptable use policy. NSFW, pornographic, explicit or sexually suggestive content generation is prohibited, as are animal cruelty, harmful content, non-consensual imagery, non-consensual or deceptive face swaps, deceptive deepfakes, harassment and unlawful or infringing use. Do not bypass safety checks, account protections, rate limits or credit controls. We may refuse requests or suspend access while investigating abuse.

Included music

Tiny Desk AI permits you to use the original Tiny Desk AI score included in your downloaded video as part of that video, including in social posts and commercial posts where you have the necessary rights. This does not license third-party songs, standalone soundtrack resale or another platform’s music catalog. Platform music availability and account rules can differ.

Credits, generation and refunds

Credit packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Purchased credits do not expire and are not cash or transferable currency. The credit cost is shown before each generation and deducted when the request is accepted. A confirmed technical failure returns credits. An unknown submission is investigated before another attempt; no paid retry starts automatically.

AI can change appearance, motion or anatomy. Review the file before sharing it. We do not guarantee a particular creative result, social reach, search ranking or income. See our refund policy for technical failures, quality concerns and purchase refunds.

Service and safety

We may limit or suspend access to investigate abuse, payment disputes or security incidents. We may change features with reasonable notice where practical. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from generated content or service interruptions. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
